If you are interested in getting a spot on our Amateur Night Show:
THURSDAY MARCH 11th 2010 at 8:00pm
First ensure you have prepared 5 minutes of original comedy material, then send an email to strafford@blackfootinn.com
The email must be sent by 10:00 AM MONDAY MARCH 1st 2010.
In the Subject field type ONLY THURSDAY MARCH 11th 2010
In the body of the email type your name and phone number.
Check for the lineup at http://www.laughshopcalgary.blogspot.com/.
The lineup will be posted on the Tuesday March 2nd 2010.
Please arrive at the club prior to 7:30 PM the night of the show to confirm your appearance.
Upon arrival, check in with Simon. He will notify you of the order of appearance and how much time you will be performing that evening. Typically, your performance should be around five minutes of original material.
Please stay within your allotted time; performers who go over their time may not be scheduled again.
Please note: Only emails with the subject of the upcoming date will be opened.
Please do not call the office to request Thursday night spots.
You are responsible to check the website for the lineup after sending your request, if you are added to the lineup and fail to be in attendance, you may not be scheduled again.
***If you have not appeared at the Laugh Shop before, we suggest first coming down to watch an amateur night so you can view our format and introduce yourself to us ***
